Mr. Pendyala Prasad is a software engineer with over 20 + years of experience in IT industry and left his highly paid lucrative job from a US based MNC ,very recently in March 2019,to achieve his mission ,i.e., to guide and motivate youth of India to work on their own strengths. Statistics shows that, by 2022,75% of India Population will be youth .But It is sad to note that, out of 15 Lakhs schools in India, most of the students are passing out with poor skillset and knowledge which is acting as a road block in achieving greater heights in life to flourish further.95% of the world population doesnt have clarity on their own talent and passion and 5 % comes in the bracket of super successful people who have crystal clear clarity on their own talent. Imagine a world when these numbers get reversed. This belief made him to visit schools, colleges and universities and interact with students to make them aware of the real meaning of knowledge, intelligence and wisdom.

He has conducted so many seminars in Schools, Intermediate Colleges, Engineering colleges, MBA colleges and Universities across Hyderabad City and in other towns of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He proved himself in bringing a positive change in the society through proactive initiatives, inspirational talks and public motivation. To him, anything that involves public participation is an opportunity to interact with people and influence them through his oratory skills and active involvement. His Experience Speaks.
